1. Scope and Contracting Party

These Terms of Service (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the use of the mobile application “CamperFix” (hereinafter “App”) and all related services.

2. Description of App and Services

CamperFix is a mobile application for motorhome and caravan travelers that offers the following features:

  • Search and display of workshops, parking spots, gas stations, and fresh water stations
  • Community features for connecting with other travelers
  • Rating and review functionality
  • Premium features with enhanced capabilities

3. Registration and User Account

3.1 Registration

Registration is required for using certain features of the app. During registration, truthful and complete information must be provided.

3.2 User Account

Users are obligated to keep their login credentials confidential and to inform us immediately if there is reason to believe that third parties have gained knowledge of the login credentials.

4. Free Premium Phase and Subscription Model

4.1 Free Premium Phase Until April 30, 2026

All users receive free access to all Premium features of the app until April 30, 2026. This applies to both existing and new users who register by this date.

4.2 Premium Trial Phase After April 30, 2026

Starting May 1, 2026, the following rules apply:

  • Existing users: Automatically receive a 7-day free Premium trial period
  • New users: Can activate a 7-day free Premium trial period after registration
  • After the trial period expires, the account is automatically downgraded to a free account

4.3 Premium Subscription

After the free trial period, users can purchase a Premium subscription:

Pricing:

  • Current prices can be found in the app and in the respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

Payment Processing:
Billing is handled through RevenueCat and the respective app store providers (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

5. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

5.1 Automatic Renewal

All Premium subscriptions automatically renew for the selected period (month or year) unless canceled in time.

5.2 Cancellation Terms and Procedures

For monthly subscriptions:

  • Cancellation possible at any time
  • Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Cancellation through the subscription management of the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)

For annual subscriptions:

  • Cancellation possible at any time
  • Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Cancellation through the subscription management of the respective app store

5.3 Cancellation Process

How to cancel your subscription:

Apple iOS:

  1. Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
  2. Select CamperFix
  3. Tap “Cancel Subscription”

Google Android:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Menu → Subscriptions
  3. Select CamperFix
  4. Tap “Cancel”

Important Note: Cancellation directly in the app or via email to us is not sufficient. Cancellation must be made through the respective app store.

5.4 Effectiveness of Cancellation

  • After successful cancellation, the subscription continues until the end of the already paid period
  • Premium features remain available until the expiration date
  • The account is then automatically downgraded to a free account
  • No refund of already paid amounts, except for legitimate complaints

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1 Withdrawal Information

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.

6.2 Consequences of Withdrawal

In case of effective withdrawal, the mutually received services will be returned. Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you exercised your right of withdrawal.

7. Usage Rules and Obligations

7.1 Permitted Use

The app may only be used for private, non-commercial purposes.

7.2 Prohibited Use

The following actions are prohibited:

  • Transmission of harmful software or codes
  • Violation of copyrights or other third-party rights
  • Harassment, discrimination, or threatening other users
  • Publishing false, misleading, or defamatory content
  • Circumventing technical protection measures

7.3 Community Guidelines

When using community features, respectful interaction and compliance with applicable laws are mandatory.

8. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at [Link to Privacy Policy].

9. Availability and Technical Requirements

9.1 Availability

We strive for the highest possible availability of the app but cannot guarantee 100% availability.

9.2 Technical Requirements

Current operating system versions and an internet connection are required for using the app.

10. Liability and Warranty

10.1 Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as legally permissible.

10.2 Warranty

We warrant the contractual quality of the app services according to legal provisions.

11. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Users will be informed of changes in a timely manner. If you do not object within 30 days, the changes are considered accepted.

12. Termination of the User Agreement

12.1 Ordinary Termination

The user agreement can be terminated by either party at any time without observing a notice period.

12.2 Extraordinary Termination

In case of serious violations of these Terms of Service, we may terminate the user relationship without notice.

13. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

13.1 Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

13.2 Jurisdiction
