B1. Data Collected in the App

Vehicle data: Vehicle model and year for relevant recommendations

Location Data

The app uses GPS location services to:

Display nearby workshops
Enable route planning
Create location-based reviews

Note: Location data is only collected during active app use, not in the background.

Reviews and Content

Reviews: Star ratings and text comments
Photos: Uploaded images of workshops and locations
Location entries: User-added workshops

Important note: EXIF data is automatically removed from uploaded photos to protect your privacy.

IONOS is a GDPR-compliant hosting provider with servers in Germany.

App Backend
The app uses Google Firebase (Google LLC) for backend services.
Google Firebase complies with GDPR requirements and has appropriate certifications.
